The Midway Investment Cooperative (MIC) is a real estate investment cooperative based in the Hamline-Midway neighborhood in St. Paul, MN. We're a group of dedicated residents who have banded together to invest in the Hamline Midway neighborhood.
By pooling our money and power, we can make long-term, stabilizing, and transformative investments that benefit our member-owners and the neighborhood at large. Together, we can shape the future of Hamline Midway, ensuring that it remains accessible to all.
To be considered for purchase by the Midway Investment Cooperative, properties must fall into the area bounded by the map on the left.

However, membership will be open to anyone in Minnesota, and a majority of board seats will be designated for members that live within these boundaries.
